Job Description:
  • Provide Information to customers and become a one-stop solution provider for all customer needs.
  • Identifying Sales opportunities through existing customers and potential walk-in customers
  • Follow up on Sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Initiate property transfer requests and process them accordingly
  • Manage cash recovery from customers and day-end closing with the accounts department
  • Manage Customer Data/ Record updating
  • Facilitate Customers with File, Allotment Letters, NOC, Payment Ledger Deliveries
  • Manage Customer property cancelations and activations
  • Manage Customer and Dealer issues and grievances
  • Manage Resident affairs by providing swift actions through relevant departments
  • Liaison with the back office for Customer collateral preparation and delivery
  • Liaison with Audit Department for timely verifications
  • Liaison with the Development department for Customer property demarcation and possession
  • Pitch Customer the allied services of SA Group, that is, Architectural, Construction, Marble, Steel Infrastructure, Electrical, and Horticulture 
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a premium service level attitude.
