| Job Description: |
- Dealing with clients (Counseling, advising, clearing doubts, queries etc)
- Arranging Seminars, Training workshop for NACT
- Update face book page, notice board.
- Assist office coordinator in documentation work.
- Assist in office administration.
- Assist in effective marketing and publicity to boost business.
- Assist MP in organizing workshop, seminars in institutions (preparation of PowerPoint presentation, giving introductory speech etc).
- Receiving/Making phone calls.
- Responding to emails
- Assist in documents printing and scanning.
- Executing correspondence with customers, clients, business partners and regional offices through email, courier etc.
- Any other duty assign by the management.
- Must have good writing skills
- Good behavior with office staff and clients
- Can work under pressure
