| Job Description: |
- Install,configure,commission,maintain,troubleshoot and optimize IP networks.
- Develop technical expertise to have sound understanding of network technologies.
- Implementation of the newly acquired projects in light of the proposed solution by the pre-sales team and timelines commited to the clients.
- Should be able to evaluate customer technical concerns before,during and after deployment and address in time.
- Provide onsite technical expertise to accomplish network enhancements and improvement on assigned tasks.
- Provide onsite technical expertise to resolve the support issue efficiently and effectively.
- Provide support to the clients who have signed networking SLAs with DWP Technologies.
- Must be able to work in a fast-pased environment.
