Job Description:

1. DMS Operation and Data Analysis: to punch delivery orders and gather sales, inventory, dealers and personnel information to make analysis such as sales curves, image shop sales curve, etc. respectively.

2. To address the queries of Branches regarding DMS operations in a timely manner and let them completely understand any specific task given to them.

3. To check the physical inventory in HO warehouse with Finance and Logistics Departments to see if it matches the system inventory.

4. To update the opening, closing and stock received inventory daily.

5. To inform Branches of any new policies from Head Office and any update of DMS, including price adjustment, DMS parameters configuration, etc.

6. To file documents in folder according to month and year basis and make a record for them.

7. To evaluate the performance (sales, inventory, revenue, etc.) of the specific Branch.

8. To deal with all issues of the Key Accounts.

Proefficient in Microsoft Office Excell,Ability to analyze
