We are looking for an office Excutive Representative to undertake all  administrative duties.

Candidates with experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

 As an office excutive Officer with Net Roots Tech your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

•  Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the tele phone; answering or referring inquiries.

•  Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.

•  Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

•  Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and 

•  Check, sort and forward  email and faxes.

•  Update appointment calendars.

•  Schedule follow-up appointments.

•  Maintain telecommunication/PABX system

•  Attend customers’ queries and complaints and take prompt action to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

•  Prepare weekly review of all calls being made

•  Maintain employee and visitor logs for reporting

•  Monitoring the attendance system.

•  Answering and making phone calls.

•  maintain customer databases

•  Receive Letters, Couriers, packages etc.

•  Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

•  General office admiration.
