Professional Field Manager (Sales) is required who have 5+ years of experience in FMCG sector only, managing field sales teams. Successful candidates must be proficiently at hiring and building performing field sales teams, tracking daily KPIs, mentoring and going on meetings with team, setting meaningful targets and motivating their team. Having good knowledge of Karachi W.Sale and Retail markets. Interior Sind and Balochistan working experience will be added advantage.
