We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced call center agents to join our team on an inbound billing campaign. As an Inbound Billing Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to billing and payments, as well as upselling and cross-selling our services to customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries related to billing and payments
2. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
3. Upselling and cross-selling our services to customers when appropriate
4. Explaining our products and services to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
5. Accurately entering customer information and billing details into our systems
6. Following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolving any payment issues
7. Continuously learning about our products and services to better assist customers
8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center experience, particularly in a billing or collections role, is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
