Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues to management
  • Providing feedback to management on customer issues and trends
