Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful Candidate will be responsible to handle the customer complaints and inquires, market our product or service and provide information regarding our product/service and answering customer question. And to let everyone know its not a sales job we are providing Marketing service to our clients.

Summary Of Responsibilities:

• High Volume of outbound calls to potential clients
• Interacting with potential clients and informing them about our vacation offerings
• Overcome objections and always maintain the highest professional standards
• Accurately input the information gathered on calls into the database

Skills and Qualifications:

• Can speak proficient English
• Previous experience of high-volume outbound telephone customer service or sales prefered.
• Excellent communication skills including effective questioning and report building
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based metrics
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
• Positive and professional demeanor

Working Hours:

Evening Shift: 6Pm to 12 am

Night Shift: 12 am to 6 am
