Job Description:

Caregenix a USA  based company, Urgent Hiring for the post of “Customer Support Executive”

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate or above.

Relevant customer service experience is preferred .

Excellent English communication is must. (Ideally with American accent).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to work as per the US working hours.

Job Description:


  1. Need to handle inbound & outbound calls from patients.
  2. Need to resolve patient queries efficiently.
  3. Need to make daily patient appointments.



Job Details:


Mon to Friday (6pm till 3 AM)


Full Time & Work from office only


Market Competitive Salary (70k-80k)
