| Job Description: |
- Provide Information to customers and become a one-stop solution provider for all customer needs.
- Identifying Sales opportunities through existing customers and potential walk-in customers
- Follow up on Sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Initiate property transfer requests and process them accordingly
- Manage cash recovery from customers and day-end closing with the accounts department
- Manage Customer Data/ Record updating
- Facilitate Customers with File, Allotment Letters, NOC, Payment Ledger Deliveries
- Manage Customer property cancelations and activations
- Manage Customer and Dealer issues and grievances
- Manage Resident affairs by providing swift actions through relevant departments
- Liaison with the back office for Customer collateral preparation and delivery
- Liaison with Audit Department for timely verifications
- Liaison with the Development department for Customer property demarcation and possession
- Pitch Customer the allied services of SA Group, that is, Architectural, Construction, Marble, Steel Infrastructure, Electrical, and Horticulture
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a premium service level attitude.
