Requirements;
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
- Reading and responding to emails and messages.
- Assisting customers & technical team with their inquires.
- Escalating to a more senior team member when required.
- Transferring customers to different departments.
Shift: Night - 9 hours (Monday to Friday)
