Job Description: |
Tech Hunt is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Proactively identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even in challenging situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
