We are looking for a QA having proven knowledge of Knits and Woven. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of products of the company adhering to reliability, performance, proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards and customer expectations. Inspection of products is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.

Responsibilities:

• Read blue prints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
• Follow inspection procedures by Performing measurements, testing functionality and confirming to specification
• Fill inspection reports, and comment on inspected products for Suppliers’ representatives
• Adapt to suppliers audit methods and Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
• Play a decisive role to reject incoming materials with unacceptable quality and returning them for re-work.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of AQL tables and sampling method for shipment inspection
• Certificate in Quality Assurance is a plus
• 5-7 years experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field
• Superb computer skills, including database management
• Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards
• Knowledge of test requirements according to different countries would be a plus

• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
• Must Have own Bike & Mobile with Camera
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
• Attention to detail and technical know-how of garments construction, fabric properties, production processes
• Understanding of risk factor during passing a shipment

Documentation  and Reporting skills

• Should be able to maintain quick responses and communication between factory team and buying house merchants.
