| Job Description: |
We are looking for an IT Support Executive who shall be responsible for the following:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network and Computer related hardware/software.
- Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management
- Remote Network and system support
- Knowledge of Client/server database applications
- Technical Helpdesk Services
- Remote administration of Windows PC's
- Handling/Management of servers
- Routing concepts must be strong
- Knowledge of SIP is a plus (Session Initiation Protocol)
- Disaster Recovery/Backup Management
- Virtualization management
- Willing to travel within the city whenever required
- CCTV Configurations
