• We are looking for a Call Center Representative for one of our clients.

The responsibilities are:

• Making outbound calls to customers to get insights and feedback.
• Listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
• Making a daily report of customer feedback

Education:

• Intermediate/A levels
