Job Description:

A rapidly growing US Healthcare IT Company located in Rawalpindi is expanding its business and seeking experienced applicants with strong Billing background as per the below-mentioned requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Billing Customer Service Rep, you will be dealing directly with patient inquiries and complaints as well as issues as reported via phone or customer service calls and correspondence regarding billing. You will also oversee collection of timely documentation from network providers and patients to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Must have grip on Bengali and English both languages. 
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
