Job Description:
  •    Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems.
  •  Installing, configuring, troubleshooting windows base environment.
  • Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, gateway, DNS, active directory & IP-Phones
  • Familiar with domain base environment.
  •   Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  •   troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  •   Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  •   Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  •    Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  •  Testing new technology

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field.

Good to Have

  • MCSA or MSCE is ++
