Job Description:

Facon is looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative who can interact with our customers, manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively.

  • Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means. 
  • Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
  • Identifying new opportunities and making new strategies for bringing change in process.
  • Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements
  • Must be responsible to get in touch with our customers.
  • Should be able to communicate fluently with the customers.
  • Manage Team concerns and resolving any queries.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s / A' Levels
  • Experience: Should have at least 1 year of relevant experience (Prior experience in leading a team will be plus).
  • Salary Range: 30000 to 35000.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
  • Must be Fluent in English.
  • Positive personality and attitude.
  • Having good typing speed.
