Job Description:

The tasks we are looking to be completed by the role of Recruiter.

  • Monitoring of the recruiting processes
  • Create and publish job advertisements
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews
  • Active sourcing via social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Rozee)
  • Active communication with candidates
  • Ongoing optimization of the recruiting and application process
  • Working closely with the functional departments

Your experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as Human Resources/Recruiting Manager
  • Very good knowledge of Rozee, LinkedIn and other social media networks
  • A very high level of self-motivation and organization
  • You are confident with MS Office tools
  • You have an independent, proactive, structured and precise way of working
  • Experience in screening and interviewing techniques
  • Very good communication skills and sensitivity
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • A Masters degree in HR is beneficial
