Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team performance
• Discover training needs and motivate the developers for internal training
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• You are fit in multiple programming languages and can code alongside your team leadership on projects
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and you want to develop yourself continuously
• Excellent communication skills and good English language skills
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be familiar with devOps methodology

Qualifications

• At Least 3 years experience of Javascript and knowledge of typescript
• Proven work experience of C++ , Node.js and vue.js/React.js
• Excellent knowledge of Python and Django
