Nutrifactor is looking for “Chat Support Officer”.
Job Timing: Evening Shift (2PM - 11PM)
Tasks:
- Customer Support Chat via all available channels (ex. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.)
- Addresses customer’s queries and resolve complaints
- Responds to comments on social media accounts
- Manages customer engagement programs
- Stays abreast of product knowledge and related information
