Job Description:

We are looking for a IT Support Executive who shall be responsible for the following:

Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.

Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management

Remote Network and system support

Knowledge of Client/server database applications

Technical Helpdesk Services

Remote administration of Windows PC's

Handling/Management of servers

Routing concepts must be strong

Knowledge of SIP is a plus

Call center IT experience will be required

Disaster Recovery/Backup Management

Virtualization management

Willing to travel within the city whenever required

CCTV Configurations

Network

Note:

This is a Third shit night job and the timing of this job will be from 8 pm till 5 am in the morning (Mon to Fri)
