• Research and develop content ideas for various topics.
• Write clear, persuasive content that is grammatically and factually accurate for use on our websites.
• Optimize content for search engines using keywords and SEO best practices.
• Work as part of our SEO team to improve our search engine rankings.
• Stay current on trends in content marketing, SEO, and industry for best practices.
• Manage our outsourced writing relationships, including approving topic ideas, blog posts, social media posts, and providing feedback.
• Write custom website and other content as needed.
• Excellent English language and grammar skills (proper use of punctuation and sentence building, etc)
• Active on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc), and understanding of the workings of such media.
• You must be creative. You must generate ideas for articles on your own, and take suggestions like a pro.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Real Estate Knowledge will be a plus
