Consultation & Advising

• Sharing technical ideas for preparing and compiling technical plans related to the factory production, machinery, and equipment.
• Advising on procurement process supervision
• Consultation in supervising the process of procurement of goods required by the factory and arranging a supervisory checklist from time to time. 
• Consultation about preparing DMF, medicine formulation, and medicine works of literature for selected items to produce. 

Technical Tasks

• Building Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Teams
• Preparing programs for the procurement process, supply checklists with technical specifications. 
• Supervising and controlling the construction affairs of the factory and presenting professional and technical opinions for the construction and procurement departments of the factory. 
• Manage the implementation of new manufacturing equipment in preparation for use in cGMP operations. 
• Participation in machinery selection and installation
• Trail run and execution of industry production department hiring
• Establish batch documentation for new products and participation in approvals.
• Directs and Manages the respective activities related to cGMP manufacturing, including the development and implementation of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for manufactured pharmaceutical products. Ensures the effective use of material, equipment, and personnel while producing products at high-quality levels. Manages daily process requirements.

• Work plan prepared in accordance with (IAW) department plan to achieve its goals. 
• Implementation of work plans IAW production plans
• Departmental reporting
