- Good level of knowledge with spreadsheets
- Can handle basic level accounts
Selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Knowing our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Managing all queries of existing clients.
