Job Description:

We at HQ TAX are looking for the ideal candidate for the post of ADMINISTRATOR / CSR who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues  

Applicants must have:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Should be target oriented and punctual
  • Fast Learning Attitude 
  • Great Convincing Power
  • Must be able to work in flexible working hours
  • Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be proficient to communicate in English
  • Minimum qualification must be Graduation
  • Good level of knowledge with spreadsheets
  • Can handle basic level accounts

Selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Maintaining a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Managing all queries of existing clients.
