| Job Description: |
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Purchase, repair, and replace IT equipment as necessary.
- Maintain IT Assets and Inventory.
- Handle ISP issues & Contacting, negotiating with different ISPs for work.
- Provide technical support to company staff.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
