• Salary: Rs20K to Rs40K /month Basic.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
