| Job Description: |
- Plan and organize the overall operations of production units.
- Strategize and align all resources to achieve long term growth in profits and optimizing the operational cost of production.
- Ensure that production strategies and processes must meet business objectives and operational needs efficiently and effectively in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.
- Plan and strategize the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
- Develop a culture of a continuous improvement and encompassing the lean principles to minimize the waste and improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop and manage production and operations budgets, and ensure that the product is produced according to agreed cost, quality and timelines.
- Create and implement best practices, manufacturing strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
